Terms of use
Last updated October 30, 2026
The short version: Crazy10s is free to play. Be kind to other players and play fair. Supporting us is optional: it's a subscription bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, it renews until you cancel it there, and it only changes how things look, never your scores. Questions? Write to hello@crazy10s.com.
These terms
Crazy10s is a game made and run by 7327935 Canada Inc. (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and 7327935 Canada Inc., and apply when you play Crazy10s at crazy10s.com, crazytens.com or in the Crazy10s apps. By playing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we store and why.
Who can play
You need to be at least 13. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
Your account
- You can play as a guest or make a free account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
- Your display name and username must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile. See Deleting your Crazy10s account.
Playing fair
- Be kind in chat. No harassment, hate, threats, spam or sexual content.
- Don't cheat: no scripts, bots or tools that play for you, and don't use bugs to your advantage. If you find a bug, please tell us.
- Don't try to break, overload or get into parts of the service that aren't yours.
You can report or block any player. We review reports, and we may remove messages, names or accounts that break these rules.
Supporting Crazy10s (subscription)
- It's optional. Everything you can play for free stays free. Supporters get thank-you extras that change how things look (for example a badge, an avatar frame, more avatar characters and colours, tile themes and a Daily stats page). They never change scores, games against other players or the Daily Puzzle standings. The extras may change over time.
- Where you buy it: only in the Crazy10s app for iPhone or Android, through the App Store or Google Play; it can't be bought on the website. Apple or Google take the payment, and their terms of sale apply too. The price for your country is shown before you buy. You need a free Crazy10s account; your supporter extras then show on every device you sign in on, including the website.
- It renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and you're charged at the start of each new period unless you turn renewing off at least 24 hours before the current one ends.
- Cancelling: turn renewing off in your App Store or Google Play account settings (on an iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep the extras until the period you've paid for ends. Deleting your Crazy10s account or the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we can't refund a purchase made through them. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play's order history.
- Price changes: if a price goes up, Apple or Google will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel.
- Restore: on a new phone, sign in to Crazy10s and tap Restore on the Support screen.
- If we ever stop offering the subscription, we'll stop renewals, and you keep the extras until the period you've paid for ends.
The iPhone app
If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard licence agreement applies to it as well. These terms are between you and 7327935 Canada Inc., not Apple or Google.
Changes to the game
We keep improving Crazy10s, so features, modes and puzzles may change, be added or be removed. We may also pause the service for upkeep.
What's ours and what's yours
The Crazy10s name, logo, game, art and puzzles belong to 7327935 Canada Inc. Your chat messages stay yours, but you let us store and show them to the players they're meant for, so the game works.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Crazy10s running well, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters for supporters, we'll say so in the game first.
