Crazy10s is free to play, and it always will be. Supporting is an optional subscription for players who want to help it grow: new puzzles, new ways to play and the servers that run your games. As a thank-you, supporters get extras that change how things look, never your scores.
What supporters get
- A supporter badge and a gold frame on your avatar, in games and on Home.
- Eight more avatar characters and extra avatar colours.
- Tile themes in Tumble Tens.
- Your own Daily Puzzle stats: how close you get to the highest possible score, your longest streak and more.
Nothing that changes a score: games against other players and the Daily Puzzle standings are the same for everyone.

Prices in US dollars. In Canada: CA$3.99, CA$7.99 and CA$34.99. Other countries see their own price; any sales tax is shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Which plans you're offered may differ.
How to support
- On the website: coming soon.
- On the website: open Profile → Support Crazy10s, or tap the heart on Home, pick a plan and pay with a card or PayPal. Our online reseller Paddle.com is the seller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipt.
- In the Crazy10s app for iPhone or Android: through the App Store or Google Play.
- No account needed. A free account keeps your extras on every device you sign in on.
Cancelling and refunds
- Bought on the website: cancel anytime under Profile → Support Crazy10s → Manage subscription, or with the link in your receipt email from Paddle. You keep your extras until the period you've paid for ends. Deleting your Crazy10s account also cancels it.
- Refunds for website payments: we refund a payment in full if you ask within 14 days of it. Email hello@crazy10s.com or reply to Paddle's receipt. Refund policy.
- Bought in the app: cancel and ask for refunds through the App Store or Google Play, under their own policies.
