Tell us your username and whether you play in the app or a browser. We read every message and usually reply within a couple of days.
On the Sign in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your username or email. We'll email you a link to choose a new password; it works once, for an hour.
The link can only go to an email address saved on your account. If you haven't added one yet, do it now from the Add your email card on your home screen, so you're covered.
A guest can play right away without signing up, but lives in one browser or one app install. Clear that browser, or delete the app, and the guest's games can't be recovered.
A free account keeps your games safe and lets you play on any device. Create one from Me → Create free account: your guest games move into it.
Sign in with the same username and password, in the app or at crazy10s.com. All your games are there, including the ones in progress.
Open Me (your Profile) and edit Display name. The new name shows in every game that's still going; finished games keep the old one. Your username can't be changed.
Open Me → Delete account and type your username to confirm. It's deleted right away, and you're signed out everywhere. Any game in progress against a person ends as a give-up.
Exactly what's deleted and what stays is in the privacy policy. Can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account.
PLAY stays grey until your tiles make a legal move. Tap it anyway and it tells you why. The usual reasons:

Games have no clock: each player moves when they have time, so a game can take a few minutes or a few days. You'll get a notification when it's your turn. If you'd rather not wait, open the game's … menu on the home screen, or More → End game, to give up.
If the same game is open on two devices at once, only the one you opened last updates live. Go back to your games and open it again.
Guests can play a few games against other people. To keep playing, create a free account; your games come with you. Games against the Computer and Practice are never limited.
At midnight Eastern time (Toronto), the same moment for everyone. You get 3 tries and your best score counts. You don't need an account; if you make one later, your Daily scores move into it.
In a game with them, tap More → Report or block and pick what happened: offensive chat, an offensive name, cheating or something else. The report comes to us with the game's recent chat, and we review reports within 24 hours.
Once you block someone, you won't be matched with them, they can't invite you or chat with you, and their old messages are hidden from you. A game you already started together can still be finished or given up.
To undo it, open Me → Blocked players and tap Unblock.
The app asks to send notifications the first time you play someone, start a Random Match or invite a friend. If you said no, or never got asked:
You won't get one while you're looking at that game; the move just appears.
