How it works
Three steps, about a minute.
Tap Start a Game and choose Invite a Friend. You can play as a guest; nobody has to sign up.
Share it by text, WhatsApp, email or any app you like. It is a plain link to the game you just started.
Your friend opens the board in their browser, types a name and takes their turn. You see the move on your Home screen, or get a notification in the app.
The game in one minute
Like Scrabble or Words With Friends, but with numbers.
You each hold seven number tiles, 0 to 9. On your turn you place tiles on the shared board so that every line your tiles touch adds up to exactly 10, building off the tiles already there, yours or your friend's. Each line you finish scores 10, one tile can finish two lines at once, and the coloured squares multiply or add points. The bag runs out, the game ends, the higher score wins.

Made for friends who aren't in the same room
Your own pace. There is no clock. Take a turn over coffee, the next one tonight, the one after on the train. A game can be a quick half hour together or a week of a move a day.
Chat beside the board. Every game vs a person has a chat, so the trash talk stays with the game. A speech bubble shows when there is something new.
Rematch in one tap. When a game ends, offer a rematch and the next one starts on a fresh board with the same opponent.
Any device, same account. Play in a browser on a laptop or tablet, or in the free iPhone and Android apps. With a free account your games follow you; as a guest they live in the browser you started in.
A nudge when they forget. If your friend hasn't moved for an hour, nudge them from Home and they get a reminder.

Short answers about playing a friend.
Do we both need an account?
No. You can start as a guest, and the friend you invite plays as a guest too: they tap the link, pick a name and they are in. A free account keeps your games on every device and is never required to play.
Does it work between an iPhone, an Android phone and a computer?
Yes. It is the same game on the website and in the apps, with the same account, so one of you can play in a browser on a laptop and the other in the app on a phone.
Is it free?
Yes. Playing a friend, a random opponent, the Computer and the Daily Puzzle are all free. There is no download and nothing to install: the apps are optional.
Can we play on one phone?
Yes. Practice mode puts both seats on one device, so you can pass the phone back and forth across a table. Each of you draws from the same bag and the scores are kept separately.
How long does a game take?
That is up to you. Turns are taken whenever each of you likes, so a game can be finished in one sitting or stretched over days. In the apps a notification tells you when it is your turn; on the website the game waits for you on Home.
What if my friend forgets to move?
Once their turn has been theirs for an hour you can nudge them from Home, which sends them a reminder. Games have no clock, so nothing is lost while you wait.
Can I play someone right now?
Yes. Random Match pairs you with another player within seconds, and the Computer is always ready at Easy, Medium or Hard.
